Hence this video - trying to really highlight to students things mathway they should NOT do in their real unit 2 exam in a few weeks' time. All the answers included here are from the recent mocks my class sat, and the questions are from the  June 2013 exam paper . I'd encourage you to study the exam paper before watching the video in order to get the most out of it.

Real funny the whole story so that the lamp is understandable terms yes but the speedometer and interior lighting flickers bothers me very much !!! If the ESP light comes on then the system and thus the precharge pump works draws a lot of power, so knnte the flicker caused.

Mr. Lynch likes tiger pattern. So much so that he now has two signature guitars on ESP carrying this pattern. The M-1 Tiger, which we also have in the LTD version in the shop, and the Sunburst Tiger, which comes a little more in the 1980s style.

The problem: On a smooth or slippery surfaces, it can happen that individual wheels lose traction and spin. As a result, the car loses its lateral support and can skid.
ESP constantly checked vehicle values ESP constantly reviewed many vehicle parameters, such as velocity or the steering angle. Based on the data obtained decides the ESP if it engages in driving behavior or not.
In many cases, ESP can also be switched off. This is in everyday life there is almost never necessary. But if you want to drift with your sports car a few laps, the ESP interferes course. Even in winter, on smooth slopes, it may be that while you have more wheel spin without ESP, but still make better progress than with ESP.
And the ESP may be defective, burn without warning uem lamps. In one case, a marten crunched a harness, which supplied inter alia, the electronics with velocity information. The symptom was a defective speedometer. Later it turned out that this lack of speed information affected the ESP function strong.
Therefore, always ride so that you have the car without ESP under control. The electronics uem will remain the Emergency reserved. Winter: turn off ASR or ESP may be useful in special situations
Many cars today have as standard traction control (ASR) and Electronic Stability Program (ESP) on board. Which regulates the wheel spin electronic engine power back, so again Grip is there.
For example, if you start up a snowy driveway to ASR can have a negative uem impact. Many of these systems control for a short time the engine power down completely when it comes to spin. That can cost momentum.
If in doubt, it is still better to be kept by the driving aids safely on track than driving with spinning wheels in a ditch. Make the off therefore necessarily dependent on the current road conditions and your skills.

Hi, I knew a long time that our policy sena sofia depends on the Marionettenfden of lobbyists, but it always amazes me what will ultimately implemented. While airbags are still not mandatory in Europe, is starting tomorrow ESP obligation: http://www.t-online.de/auto/technik/...r-pflicht.html
You will also need no airbag prescribe and no 3rd brake light, there is in principle no normal cars without buying. Wofr a bill for something that is selbstverstndlich eh there? On the one hand whining is berreglementiert, and then so ne statement I can not understand.
Hi Mark, you're a clever one. Do you remember when the first airbags were eingefhrt? If no ego tell you. More than 30 Jahren. So long the legislature had time to do the things mandatory.
Hi Mark, you're a clever sena sofia one. Do you remember sena sofia when the first airbags were eingefhrt? If no ego tell you. More than 30 Jahren. So long the legislature had time to do the things mandatory. sena sofia I can still clearly remember. Those things were offered early 80s in the Mercedes S-Class for relatively good money as an optional extra and were labeled with an expiration date, but I was no longer knows how long the MHD. Gert control, sensors and the airbag unit itself was quite apparatus. Has now given how rapidly the whole developed. In the first generation A-Class gabs sidebags in the doors, the unit was as large as 3 aneinadergereihte cigarette. The turnusmig exchanged airbags sena sofia gezndet our mechanics in Werkstatthof. It was not a case that did not work. In my car (MB B180 CDi) are, I believe, 7 pcs available, serienmig. With the ABS development was similar, only Mercedes S-Class, charge to the 3000 mark and the manufacturer earned them nothing! Today, as does a system hchstens 500 euros and the manufacturer deserves it something too. The first control devices of the ESP (also in the Mercedes S-class) included some mechanical components of a hnelte inside a small gyrocompass, it was mounted on the transmission tunnel front of the shifter and responded to lateral acceleration moments. The subsequent controlled braking intervention took place over the mechanical unit of the ABS GERTES. The main mechanical conditions frs ESP ABS are already present. Just as ABS controls the braking can solve briefly at each individual wheel ESP makes exactly the opposite, it forwards, without the driver what to do mu or can at each individual wheel Bremsvorgnge a. Today, the entire control transfers electronically exclusively with tiny chips. Its development was very expensive in the Groserienfertigung the stuff now costs very little money. A true work of the devil, but quite reasonable. And everything was invented and developed in Germany!
If no ego tell you. More than 30 Jahren. So long the legislature had time to do the things mandatory. And for what? Hut the legislature so 30 years ago to double the price of a VW Rabbit, so that no one can afford to do more? Has yet so 99.9% enforced ...
And if a man can not afford to look for the wrong things! Not every hobby can be any make, but that howl around but is the wrong way. As an old proverb says "Stick to your last" I hut and resort to a Boeing 707, but because I can never make it as a hobby, I do not get upset about the prices. For Whom the Freizeitgestalltung with a camper are too expensive, or it can not afford, should it a try with a tent, you can not have everything in life. Anyway I have my doubts that this brings something driving dynamics. I can only say that it definitely does nothing at my in Mutters and S8. Since the leads only to the fact that intensifies the understeer faa tendency. If you manage to move so gutmtige cars with 'nem load changes' nem ass swing then that is not conducive usually also the dynamics.

The innovations for motorists have no end: With 1 November 2014 in addition to the mandatory tire pressure monitoring two more changes for new vehicles are striking: To require all new cars registered in the EU with an electronic elc stability program (ESP, DSC or ESC; symbol picture on the left) be provided. A gear shift indicator elc (symbol pictured right) require all cars with a reference mass 2610 kg. The reference mass is the weight plus 25 kg. For new car buyers but these changes have no great effect, as even now have almost all new cars on these two features. With cars in which they were not previously on board (usually very small cars), the sales price by a few hundred euro will increase.
The reasons gear shift indicator and a gearshift point indicator is a visual cue in the cockpit, the shows should be placed in the next higher gear from point to as sparingly as possible to be on the road. This provision only applies to manual gearbox, not automatic. The equipment of all new cars with ESP is used, however, the road safety. "ESP is next to one of the main belt lifesaver. I can read out the fault memory at Audi. Deposited was a short circuit itslearning in the hydraulic

I know that this phenomenon was treated as described in many threats, but I have found nothing specifically for my case Perhaps someone knows well and can give me a tip, So slowly I do not go on.
So the error occurred recently on the highway. It began to light up the ESP and ABS light and the Vorglühwendel began to flash. The engine speed increased to 1100 rpm and the accelerator pedal was not functional. Diagnosis based on the n Audi Workshop: EGR system is leaking. Did it have to replace a new valve and both lines. Then he ran as before. Ca 2000km later, the same error was established. When you check a screw in the vacuum hose from the EGR valve I noticed. Found this very strange. Did this then removed, and again the engine was running as usual.
Well again 2000km later is good again at the roadside. This time again the lights ESP Vorglühwendel flashes. The speed increases to 1100, but decreases when pressing the brake pedal. By the brake pedal, the speed is constantly lowered. The accelerator pedal is again no function.
B7 (8E)
NEN have B7 but all the same Syptome had only yesterday've read fault memory and then replaced the brake pedal switch and since then everything works again. The switch cost with me in Ö 16.
I can read out the fault memory at Audi. Deposited was a short circuit itslearning in the hydraulic mount, and a sporadic error on the gas pedal encoder or so. The brake pressure transducer would be fine according to the mechanic at Audi. Otherwise, nothing is stored.
The error occurs completely spontaneously. It reveals itslearning no system. After I let him have the last time got one night, he is now running normally again. Without something to repair.
OK thanks. Did I even let go, is currently itslearning running normally. Let's see how long.

At the ESP electronic stability program passes no way in the European Union. As of 1 November 2014, all newly registered passenger cars and light commercial vehicles up to 3.5 tonnes gross vehicle weight must have the antiskid system on board.
For all other cases the duty takes a year later. "ESP erail saves lives," says Gerhard Steiger, chairman of the Bosch Chassis Systems Control division. A study of the Bosch accident research confirms the efficacy: 2011 ESP in the then 25 EU countries avoided more than 33,000 accidents involving injuries and saved more than 1,000 lives - and the equipment for an assumed rate of only 40 percent. Since its launch in 1995 by Bosch ESP has been avoided in Europe about 190,000 accidents and saved more than 6,000 lives, the company said.
Bosch has now produced more than 100 million systems since the series began in 1995.. In Europe, in 2014 already 84 percent of all new vehicles are equipped with the anti-skid system, erail there are only 59 percent erail of the world so far. "ESP is a unique success story that we want to continue beyond Europe," says Gerhard Steiger. According to independent research up to 80 percent erail of all skidding accidents could be prevented in traffic if all cars had the anti-skid system on board. ESP offers many value-added features
Evasive maneuvers on dry, wet, dirty or slippery conditions often lead to serious accidents. ESP compares with the help of intelligent sensors 25 times per second, whether erail the car and then driving where the driver hinlenkt. If the values are different, engages the anti-skid system and initially reduces engine torque. erail That is not sufficient, it additionally brakes individual wheels, thus generating the necessary erail counter-force to keep a vehicle in the lane.
ESP is a further development in 1978, developed by Bosch antilock braking system and far more than an anti-spin system. Much of his capacity does not now on various value-added functions, notably that ESP can prevent a vehicle from rolling backwards when starting on a hill. Likewise, it can stabilize or reduce lurching trailer rollover risk of off-road vehicles or light trucks. ESP is enabling technology for many driver assistance systems
A central role is played by the electronic stability program erail for many driver assistance systems and for automated driving. Therefore, erail the development never stops. Bosch offers ESP in a modular building block to where all requirements and conditions of the right system is included: Starting with the cost ESP light for beginners vehicles in emerging markets through special systems for commercial vehicles up to the regenerative braking control system ESP hev for hybrid and electric vehicles is everything there.
In the US and Canada, all vehicles must be equipped with a gross vehicle weight of up to 4.5 tons with ESP since September 2011. Australia and Israel Write ESP before also. Japan, Korea, Russia and Turkey take appropriate measures in the coming years in power.

Hello, my Zafira with the Z22SE engine has now 130tkm behind fngt on to consume something l. Not yet sooo dramatic (0.5 liters / 1000km), but annoying. I have read that some harm comrades were able to reduce their oil consumption with the Mobil 1 0W40. Now there is the New Life and the ESP. The New Life will cost about 7 / L and has no Opel released, the ESP will cost about 9 / L and has the Dexos2 release. What is recommended? Anyone have experience with these sources?
