TGL Technology Remington New Model Army, cal 44, s / n 66356
This original uae Remington NMA is a top copy near the very finest. It was manufactured in April 1864, and was delivered to the Army during the Civil War Civil War but with this condition, uae it can hardly have been much used in the front lines. The revolver has the latter threaded leaf grain. Same number on barrel, frame and trigger guard. The drum is an original drum with letter P stamped as is common on revolvers delivered under pressure to the army during the CW. Arméinspektörens cartouche on the left hand side piston, BH which stands for Benjamin Hannis. Turret finishes are very nice with quite a lot of originalblåneringen left. The metal is without any dents and all the edges are sharp.
Mechanically the revolver in mint condition. uae Absolutely backlash-free axial, uae radial and in rotationsriktningen.Spel, drum-barrel 0.15mm. The race is very good and not far from mint condition, mirror polished and deep grooves. The nipples are fine. Full review and no fixed toasted, either nipples or screws. Piston plates are fine but missing pieces and fit perfectly. Has certainly been sitting on the turret all the time and have the usual pencil markings on the inside. A really nice copy for black powder shooter or collector at a reasonable price and maybe a bit too good for diligently shooting. There are not that many Remington NMA in honest and as good condition as this.
