Before Mickey there was Oswald. Behind Mickey mymaths was Ub Iwerks. The documentary in question can easily be found in the Walt Disney Treasures DVD dedicated to the first creation of Uncle Walt, "Oswald the Lucky Rabbit" to be precise.
