TONAWANDA, N.Y. (WIVB) - A driver s blood alcohol content was four times the legal limit early Thursday morning, according to New York State Police. Shawn Gaiser, 29, of Williamsville, was stopped on the Thruway in Tonawanda. ofsted
Police said they stopped him for changing lanes unsafely and not using his turn signal. Police said Gaiser failed field sobriety tests, resulting in his arrest. They said he provided a breath sample alleging a .32 percent BAC.
