Also no handling damage, and absolutely never avputsad. The barrel has blåneringen left but has switched the color to the usual dark brown-black. The woodwork has some scrapes but nothing serious as missing pieces or cracks. Only dents here and there. As shown in the pictures is the manufacturer's name and patent date element on the right side plate, on top of the barrel and the tang. Carbine loaded with cartridges with paper cores. Ie wrapping paper around a dowel with the right diameter (supplied) and fold into the rear end and glue the side much like hand-rolled cigarettes. Then fill it up with gunpowder and press a ball in front. Make holes at the back with an awl. The ball and the front end of the paper sleeve can for instance be dipped in molten owl stearic so that the ball is fixed. The stearin also counteracts blyavlagring in the race in the same way as is standard for kal 22. The strap constituting the trigger guard folds down and then open the bolt so that a cartridge can be inserted. Subsequently, a primer on the nipple and the carabiner is ready for firing. Really good footprint. Surely shooting this carbine very well.
Mechanically the rifle in very good condition. Works just as it should and is completely tight without backlash. The race is really good with perfect rifling and virtually no corrosion. Carbine is completely overhaul and no screws or nipple owl is rusted. Cleaning after shots is simple. A perfect snap for the black powder shooter or collector of CW weapons.
